•  All treatments are subject to a full dental examination and/or clinical assessment to determine suitability.
•  Health fund rebates may apply, depending on your level of cover and your provider’s rules.
•  Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or special unless otherwise stated.

4. Exclusions

The following are NOT included in promotional offers unless specifically stated:

• Major dental procedures (e.g. crowns, root canals), and orthodontic assessments are not covered under this offer. Any additional treatment required will be quoted separately.
• Any treatment outside the specific advertised service (e.g. specialist services, lab fees, additional x-rays).
• Services provided by third-party specialists or referred practitioners.
• Government-funded services or claims.

5. General Conditions

•  Ivory Dental Care reserves the right to refuse treatment where clinically necessary or where a patient does not meet the eligibility requirements.
•  All dental procedures carry risks. Your dentist will discuss these with you before treatment, and you are encouraged to seek a second opinion if needed.
•  Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
